Almost no company owns the intelligence it runs on. It rents it by the token, from someone who can change it, price it, or retire it tomorrow.

We hold five things to be true.

1. The frontier is for renting. Your core is not.
2. Weights are not the asset. What good means, what your experts know, what changed and why. That outlives any model.
3. Base models are dependencies. You upgrade them. You don't marry them.
4. A correction is an asset. Versioned, attributed, retired only when policy changes. It outlives the model it fixed.
5. Intelligence lives where the data lives.
